Why dust exists at all
Minimum order sizes, fee rounding and partial fills all shave atoms off your balances. Sell 0.5 BTC and you might keep 0.00000231 of it forever — below the minimum trade, invisible in your portfolio total, quietly cluttering the books. Every exchange has this. Ours just comes with a broom.
Conversion uses the mid-market rate at the moment of the sweep. Assets with suspended trading are excluded until they resume. Thresholds and cadence may be tuned before launch.
